    Researched and authored thought leadership (“Work Flexibility Premium: It pays to be in office”) on work flexibility and compensation practices, translating workforce data from Mercer’s Benchmark Database and the Bureau of Labor Statistics into client-ready insights.

    Founded the Ai-Xin Bing-Gan annual charity fundraiser with my family to support The Renewal Foundation, funding the education of students in poverty in Indigenous areas of Taiwan by providing academic resources, food, and college tuition abroad for 20+ students.

    Raised over $90,000 in fundraising across 14 years by executing online cookie sale campaigns, strategic social media outreach, word-of-mouth, and brand partnerships with local Taiwanese businesses like Kai Ping Culinary School.

    Created the Rou-Yi Class, an after-school program in Hualien, Taiwan, supporting 30 new students every year, providing meals, supplies, activities, educational support, teachers, and classes such as robotics and English.

    Armor Down Girls is an Evanston-based girls’ empowerment group aiming to “arm” girls ages 8 to 18 with personal, academic, and financial confidence by inviting female guest speakers, reading books with female protagonists, and participating in teamwork and self-love exercises

    I work with girls on a weekly basis and assist the director with the biweekly newsletter, website maintenance, and social media marketing.

    Accepted into a selective government-funded program for rising Taiwanese sophomores interested in Chinese history and art history.

    Advocated for the alleviation of poverty through journalism by targeting government officials to increase the foreign aid budget.
